Ashton Vineyard Pinot Noir 2014

The 2014 was a great vintage for Pinot Noir, with an early spring and a cool summer. This vintage holds delicacy while showing complexity. Soft tannins and earthy, with tones of ripe raspberry and dark cherry. Finish has notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom and peppercorns. Well balanced with fruit and tart acidity. Barrel aged for 27 months in artisanal-coopered oak barrels. We produced 120 cases.
