Arianna Wines crafts unique and elegant wines; all hand-made in small quantities, to be shared and enjoyed by everyone.  The wines are lesser-known varietals, adored by casual consumers and enthusiasts alike.  At Arianna, the varietals specially selected to represent wines that are uncommon, yet have so much to share.  Each vineyard has a special story and each bottle of wine shares that experience with the drinker.

Arianna Wines and her family have been making wine for over sixty years.  Owned and operated as a family business, their roots run deep in the California wine industry.  Arianna’s great-grandfather immigrated from Italy, bringing with him the love for wine and family.  Her grandfather, Henry, started their own family label, simply for consumption with family and friends.  It wasn’t until her father, Stuart Spoto, started Spoto Family Wines, that their adventure into the commercial wine industry began.  Working alongside her grandfather and father, as a third-generation winemaker, Arianna learned the family trade and was lucky to study winemaking while in attendance at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California.  After graduating with a degree in Wine and Viticulture, Arianna worked in Napa Valley, CA, Tasmania, Australia, Mendoza, Argentina and Cape Town, South Africa making wine.  She used her travels abroad to hone in on her specialties and favorite varietals, later producing her own label.  Arianna Wines is a tribute to her favorite wines she discovered on her journey in the wine industry.  She wants her clients to enjoy the unique subtleties and lesser-known varietals that the world has to offer.  Arianna Wines is a fun and playful brand that can entice wine connoisseurs by challenging their knowledge, and be shared with leisure drinkers who are looking for something exciting and different.
