The 2017 Carsi Ranch Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is the second vintage produced and only 280 cases were made. This exquisite white Bordeaux is comprised of 76.3% Sauvignon Blanc and 23.7% Semillon from the Carsi Ranch Vineyard, located on the border of the Yountville and Oak Knoll AVAs in Napa Valley.
This sophisticated style Sauvignon Blanc is smooth and lush, showing notes of lemon and spice, with mouthwatering acidity, and a long finish. The Semillon blended in helps to round out the tropical, zesty notes that Sauvignon Blanc naturally brings, resulting in a full-bodied and incredibly balanced white wine.
