Our GSM displays hints of sweet oak and vanilla,  is smooth and rich with a scent of velvet imprinted with dark plums, cassis, and smoky pepper.  The aromas of velvet carry into a smooth rich mouthfeel.  The vibrant acidity works nicely with the supple tannins.  Flavors of rose petals, earthy plums, black pepper, herbs, and smoky bacon make this wine enjoyable now and for the next 5-7 years.
